This is Mihad Ali, and I am the Acquisitions Editor at "andwerve," a print journal now online literary magazine out of Los Angeles. I wondered if you would be interested in submitting poems, photography, desighns etc for the up-coming issue of our print and online literary journal, Andwerve. We just launched our June issue (which you can check out at www.andwerve.com ), which is Andwerve’s most robust and varied issue to date. We are now looking for quality submissions for July. What do you say about submitting? We have attracted some really talented writers in our past issues, and we would like to attract some more. We accept poetry, fiction, and non-fiction, as well as painting, photography and design. Andwerve is a prominent print journal in the LA area and Southern California, in general, and since we have gone online, we have been receiving about 250-300 hits a day. We will no doubt receive more when Mark Sarvus features us in the Elegant Variation in the coming month. We invite you to send in your best work to be published in our highly visible journal by going to www.andwerve.com/submit and filling out the submission form, in which your third person bio, title, and email address should be included. We ask that you do not submit pieces that have already been published.

Guidelines: up to three poems, previously unpublished.

The author retains all rights to his or her work. This is a good opportunity for you to gain greater visibility with an already established Los Angeles readership and a growing national audience online. We also will be compiling the best pieces of the year into an "Andwerve Year in Review" print edition, which we will distribute in L.A.
