first off it's much smaller. It costs less. It's better for you.

I've come to find that many of these energy drinks are more or less superpacked with B vittermans. I've come to believe that the FDA is way off in its generalization standards on that vitermen grouping.

B's are also fat soluable, meaning they require fats to be absorbed into the dygestive track. If you don't understand this, let me explain. By taking a superpacked amount of B your body needs to burn more fat to absorb Bs into the system.

Those energy drinks do nothing for me. I've tried a couple and zilch. I tried the Tab low calorie energy drink last week.
