Okay, So Who Is Off on Monday, July 3rd?

If you are off on July 3rd, did your company automatically give you that day off (since July 4th is on a Tuesday this year), or did you take it off as a vacation day?

My company didn't give us the day off, so I took it as a vacation day. I'm sooo glad that I did, since it seems so damn stupid to work one day and have the next day off. From what I've heard, some companies are giving their employees off on the 3rd but my company was not one of them. So I figured I would take it off, since it probably will be dead tomorrow at work anyway. dead

It was Canada Day canada on Saturday - July 1 !!!! woot! So I get a day off in lieu of, since the holiday was on a weekend. I love long weekends

Since most of the major business offices in Lexington will be closed from Sat-Wed, I have the day off. Kinda hard to work without the ability to see anyone. woot! for 4 day Holidays.

Off on the 3rd and the 4th...woot!

AND...I took last Fri off as a personal holiday...woot! woot!
Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.
