It's already been proven fact.

You have to work yourself off it slowly. I'm down to one cup a day. nod but I ain't ever quitting wink

Absolute fact. In the words of Ron Burgandy - "It's science"

I've experienced them too...but caffeine is a physically addictive drug that yields physical problems when someone stops taking it. It's science.

Fact. A few months ago my sleep patterns were all fucked up and I was hitting Starbucks at 4:30 am every morning. It was very hard to wean myself off.

Ya know what? It was fun for awhile, and all the Starbucks people liked me because there's nothing going on at that time. Plus, driving there was sweet. No traffic. But I got run the fuck down. lol

I wouldn't. I'd sniff coke and stay up even if it killed me, which it probably would.

when I was attempting to kick caffeine long ago I would take tylenol for the headaches, useless that was, when I realized how much caffeine was in tylenol I was pissed. lol

i have since given up that battle, giving up sugar is a little easier for me, I have cut down substantially. smile

There is no caffeine in Tylenol. Tylenol is acetaminophen. confused

Maybe there's some headache-specific Tylenol that contains it? Some headache drugs have some, because it constricts blood vessels, so even if you're not in withdrawal it can help ease headaches.

Caffeine + naproxen is the ONLY thing that will stop migraines for me.

The caffeine is in there to accelerate the drug into the blood stream. I'll see if I can find a reference, unless they have changed the composition since the 80's which is possible, but I remember reading this someplace and being pissed. lol

this is from the tylenol site, I was wrong lol

Q: Does Regular or Extra Strength TYLENOL* acetaminophen contain caffeine?

A: No, but caffeine is included in TYLENOL* ULTRA RELIEF. Caffeine combined with acetaminophen is a proven pain relief enhancer for tough headaches and migraine pain.
