Ouch my eye.... :( somehow I broke a blood vessel in my eye (well this is what Matt said it was) and did not know it until I looked in the mirror last night. I saw a big red dot at the bottom of my eyeball. It was not hurting last night but now I feel a little pressure on my eye and it itches and is really dry..... Will it go away on its own, cause right now I am broke and have no insurance so I don't have an eye doctor here and I don't want to fly 2,000 miles to my parents house to go and see mine there. I think my eyeball is gonna fall out of my eye socket...

  i broke about 3 in each eye during labor/delivery
they will go away ... try not to rub them ( makes it worse ) and if you have just plain moisture ( like real tears ) eye drops NOT red eye reduction drops ...use those for dryness  | |

That's happened to me too. Both eyes. It eventually went away on it's on. The circumstances ot me getting them were unbearably awful. |

The same thing happened to me when I was about 11. My cousin said something that made me laugh while I was drinking something and I ended up choking. I almost passed out and I ended up rupturing a blood vessel in my eye. I heard the same thing happens to you when you're being strangled by someone. Don't worry it'll go away in a couple of days....mine did. I know I managed to freak some people at school out, because whenever I lifted my bottom lid down my eye looked as if it was full of blood. thank you all...I bet it happened when I got upset the night before last and last night....now that I think about it....that is the only thing that could of caused it really...that I can think of.
