Spooky, everything will be alright and sooner rather than later. You're right that at 18 your friends can seem very conservative and pedestrian. But you life is about to change completely. Are you going to uni? If so you'll meet like minded people whose views are more like your own. And no, don't bang the girl who you don't like, you'll hate yourself for it later.
