It's both. Sometimes I'm already peeing and he walks in or sometimes I walk in after. I brush my teeth after lunch and so I have been in there knowing he came in while I was flossing and brushing my teeth. And then when I would turn the water off I would hear that noise..... I have been paying attention to see if I was just hearing things but it is every single time he is in there, I hear that noise and I know it aint no Tucks pad
