But the real problem with the hand bag is that I don't like it.

The retail price is $495.00? for that?! I have a similar black Messenger bag, but it was barely $20. I've had it for years, and it's still standing the test of time. I guess people really do pay for a mere name. I don't care how much money I have, I'm not paying that much for a bag of any kind.

This is a REEEALLY really old model from the Prada Sport line...in all sincerity I would need to see in and feel it in my hands to tell if it was real or just a very good duplicate. If it is a duplicate, they certainly have taken special care with the hardware and the liscense numbers (in Italy they are the product's tracing number known as the "articulo", and in Italian fashion magzines we have to practically memorize them for credits). Whether or not this is a duplicate, it would be modeled after something from the Prada Sports collection circa late 90's. If it is a duplicate, then obviously it's overpriced as one could've gotten a knock-off down on 14th st. in NYC for 10 dollars. However, if it's authentic (which again I would need to check the bag by hand, espcially the insides), 99 bucks would be an okay price for something that far back in season...
