WOW!! it had to be the audio without the video, the cap was still on the lens when the bear attacked. i know in the film Herzog told the woman who had possesion of it to destroy it because it would be a white elephant in her life. maybe she needed some cash. i do agree it is intrusive, but i have to admit, i'm really curious about it.

the changed pitch and tone of people's voices when they are really violently dying is not fun to hear!

no it wasn't. ill cry

Haven't seen this yet, though I'd like to.

Did I hear that soemone -- after this film -- released either the video (without sound) or the audio (without pictures) of his and his cinematographer's final encounter with a grizzly? Has anyone else heard this?

I think that's so intrusive.

Not Sure, probably Krock 92.3 in NYC before it went under and became Free FM....but it might have been a college station too 90.7... those are the channels we usually listen to late at night.

That is so sad. I can't believe someone would do that. If I heard the audio, I definitely would be even more haunted. It's just too tragic. I can't imagine... sad It wigs me out just thinking about it. sad

oh well I've been looking for the audio ...why I dont know.... but this website says the audio that was floating around a few months ago was fake. That makes me feel a little better at least.

I searched for it on Limewire and got some results... I'm scared to hear it again, fake or not, but if anyone is interested it's there.

No, I was laughing a bit myself because he was too funny. I guess for me, during the course of the movie, the reality of the whole thing became dark...
