I ran my cell thru the laundery a while back. Take the battery out and let the phone dry out for a few days if possible. It might spring back to life enough for you to be able to save whatver data you have on it. It worked for my phone, anyway.

Why, in this day and age of everyone having electronic gadgets, do people still think it's funny to push others in the pool? I mean, I like to do it also, but I'm smart enough to realize that most people have a cell in their pocket.

Paul, make sure this guy replaces what he caused you to lose. What a dork, I can't believe he did that to you when you were fully dressed (i.e. not in a bathing suit). Most people at least have a wallet and a cell on them. He SHOULD pay for everything you lost...just make sure he doesn't cheese out on you when he finds out how expensive it's going to be to replace everything.

My friends b-dasy is July 4th. He always has a field day lighting fireworks on his b-day. We had a pool in our backyard...it was mal-kep...that's all I'll say....that and green is an understatement.


Well he was busy lighting fireworks in the backyard and one misfired and scared the shit outta him and he jumped out of the way.....AND STRAIGHT INTO THE POOL....he had no one 2 blame for his cell shorting out. It was TOO FUNNY to see. It made that holiday worth it...not for him but for everyone else.

I woulda got outa the pool beat his ass and threw him in appology or not appology...that is just foul.

most electronics will still work if you lay them out for a week or so to dry, and not try to use them.. especially phones... take the back off and battery.. lay it out to dry, it will more than likely act like it never hit water
