It's pretty. But I've lived facing a street before on the second floor and it was loud. I couldn't take it anymore. If I live in a condo facing a street again, I'll need to be on the 10th floor or higher. It's just too noisey otherwise.

Yup... right on Broadway. It's actually the same building where I've lived for almost a year... we just moved into a much larger apartment. At first, I was living alone, and so I rented a nice little studio. Perfect for one person, but way too small for two.

It's not for everyone. This area can be rather noisy, especially on weekends, since there are various clubs and bars around here. I'm pretty good at tuning out city noise, but my ex-wife absolutely hated it... especially when we were living near a fire station.
