for over 20 yrs i would wake up with semi pain in my lower mback or shoulders or someplace ... NOT ANY MORE  I've been thinking about getting one of those but I am afraid they are hot. Do they breath? I find that they adjust to temps rather nicely i havent found myself feeling hot ( and i am sensitive to temps !! ) i have a silk cover over the whole thing too ..that helps regulate temps 
it's worth every penny and more to me ... best bed / sleep i have ever had ...and i dont sleep much or well so it's nice | |
