Writing bad checks purposely

If you know a person has moved out of your house and has a new phone number for almost a year and then you used the person who u don't like number on a check for reference because you know all along you were not going to pay it back and committ fraud, why would you do such a stupid thing especially when someone you close too is already in trouble with that same individual.

How many of you if i get any responses would press charges on this person knowingly if you do so you can hurt that family really bad!!

Tough Love, sometimes you need to make someone bleed to clean out an infected wound. "Hurt that family really bad!!"? Sounds like someone is already hurting themselves.
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

what Saint is saying is, the ex roommate purposely bounced a check to Saint (which is against the law). Same ex roommate gave Saint's name as a reference for something. Saint wants to know, if he should turn ex roommate into the authorities now, which would hurt the ex roommate family, or not. I say do it, otherwise the ex will keep on hurting other people. People have to hit bottom before they will see it's time to change
