They should have high standards, but you need to find partners who are sensitive to the fact that everybody is better at some things and worse at others, and who are willing to work with you to make sex better for you both. I guess that might be hard with one-night stands though.

Surely you're learning with each time you have sex though? I was utterly clueless when I first had sex (and probably still am! :lol ). I still have a lot to learn, but over time I couldn't fail to get better just by having sex, trying different things, seeing what felt good to me and her. And there's always more to learn. I'd say make the most of every time you have sex and pay attention.
