Can girls with fake boobs breast feed?

I'm not talking about THEM sucking milk out of another female - I don't think implants would limit that. I'm talking about whether or not girls with fake boobs can feed their kids through their nipples.

I dont think they can, cause they usually have to cut and reattch the nipples so its where its suppose to be.

I mean during the healing process it might regenerate but i highly doubt it

I have yet to meet a cosmetic surgeon who can maintain the breast feeding function after breast augmentation. HOWEVER, I know of plastic surgeons who CAN keep the nipple and ducts intact after breast augmentation so that breast feeding is possible. Note the difference COSMETIC surgeon and PLASTIC surgeon.

for a breast lift and breast reduction they sometimes have to re-attach the nipple and breastfeeding can usually not take place after those procedures. A breast augmentation usually involves a cut under the breast and the implant slipped in either in front or behind the chest muscles, leaving all milk ducts intact. Victoria Beckham managed to breastfeed her 3 after getting implants.

Pigtoria still maintains that hers are real. If you ask me, those rock-hard grapefruits of hers have never fed a single child. Most implants these days are inserted via the navel, armpit or nipple (the cheap ones like Tara Reid's), as cutting under the breast is more likely to leave a visible scar. If the nipple is repositioned, then breast feeding function is lost, as the lactiferous ducts and nervous connections required for the milk ejection reflex are damaged or severed. Many women that have had breast augmentation lose most or all of the sensation to the nipple.

Maybe she's so skinny because she regurgitated all her food down her child's gullet. Birds do that.

In some cases yes and some no. Depends upon the weight of the fake breasts, the person and mostly if they had nipple work done.
