anyways, really, i love the place its a beautiful space to work with, im just picturing what i'd do to it m'self  It's pretty. But I've lived facing a street before on the second floor and it was loud. I couldn't take it anymore. If I live in a condo facing a street again, I'll need to be on the 10th floor or higher. It's just too noisey otherwise. Its ok sweetie...I can easily tune Matt out soooo basically I live in a noise free area.  | |

It's not for everyone.  This area can be rather noisy, especially on weekends, since there are various clubs and bars around here. I'm pretty good at tuning out city noise, but my ex-wife absolutely hated it... especially when we were living near a fire station.  I miss the noisy street sounds of my old apartment. I live in a house on a cul-de-sac in the suburbs now and the silence scares me!
