I'm not sure if you're vegetarian, so this may not be your thing, but there are lots of recipes on the internet for Tequila Lime Chicken, that also happens to be really good when cut up and put in tacos.
The marinade is basically just tequila, lime juice, garlic, ginger, teryaki sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

I don't really care for soft shell tacos to be honest, but whenever I eat hard shell ones I only put meat, cheese, and lettuce in it. Sometimes I'll put a dab of sour cream on top. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Some hot sauce/powder (you should already have this, so it's free) Some sour cream, if you can afford to be fancy Put cheese between two tortillas. Sprinkle hot sauce/powder on top. Put in microwave for 90 seconds. Et voila. Great little meal for when you're in a pinch. OH: and the cheese and the tortillas usually last me four or five meals. [Edited 6/9/06 12:07pm]
