XY and Advocate have contacted SDPride and told them to drop the Policy or they will be running stories aboute SDPride and calling for a national baycott of SDPride. the editor is also contacting the sponsors of SDPride asking them to drop support if the policy isn't dropped. Interpride is also considering revoking their Pride charter if the policy isn't changed. So I attended our SAN JOSE PINK PARTY on Saturday. I'm sorry but it was kind of tired. The hip-hop was good but let's just say that the D.J. was not a D.J. but a Record Player.
Debbie Deb was the celebrity performing that night. For those of you who don't know her, she's the Freestyle Diva that sang LOOKOUT WEEKEND and WHEN I HEAR MUSIC IT MAKES ME DANCE. She performed her two hits and left. My best friend and I were in the back so we got to see her when she walked back into the club to hang out in V.I.P. She was going up the stairs when I looked at her and said "You go Debbie!" She stopped, turned and looked at me. She then grabbed me in a bear hug and kissed my face. I thought she was sweet for that. I didn't attend the Pride Festival in San Jose. M MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! I am a bit torn about this year's block parties. The Saloon has the Tiffany party. But, the Eagle/Bolt has Pansy Division. Now, I much prefer Pansy Division, but I've seen them before and Tiffany just seems a bit too cheeze-tastic to pass up. | |
