Words cannot describe how happy I am for you.
Last year I dropped 2 stone after I went on a mega-regime. I know how hard it is, but I've never looked back. My body feels amazing to live in now - if you want motivation, advice, help or comfort just drop me an orgnote. I'm being serious; I tried a lot including starvation and sadly the only real way to lose it (guaranteed™) is to exercise and eat well. It's kinda slow and difficult because it's not instant, but it's totally sustainable and, once you get into it, totally addictive. I lost a stone in 2 weeks at one point. | |

What are you doing? Any structured diets or anything like that? I know that exercize alone does not help me lose weight. I was fairly structured in the beginning and I still go through weeks like that here and there, but mostly I'm down to the 'every choice counts' philosophy. But I'm not doing any fad diets or no carbs or any nonsense like that. It's all of my own design. Just counting calories and such. The exercise helps (obviously), but I think for me it's mostly the food choices. Though I think at this point I'm just willing it away as well, cause I'll have weeks where I'll feel like I ate awfully and I'll still have lost. |
