i love korean food, though - bimbimbop is one of my favorite dishes, especially when i'm lucky enough to find a place that serves it in a sizzling hot bowl (dolsot style). there's a place in the financial district in NYC that serves the best korean food i've ever had...i wish i could remember the name of the place, and i hope it's still around...i haven't been back to those parts since before 9/11. but back to kimchi - good stuff. if you have occasion to try it again, ask for the mild version. Next time i'll have to tag along with you. That meal also had a high...
