MmmMmmmmm...!

I've just come up with my own recipie for peanutbutter cookies, a personal favorte of mine, and I've made the cookie dough. It's chilling in the fridge right now.

1 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter.

Put into that 10-12 ozs of peanutbutter.

1 cup darkbrown sugar.

1/4 cup regular sugar.

1 1/4 teaspoon of Vanella Extract.

Beat two eggs and mix that in too.

let that stand while in another bowl you mix togeter...

1 cup all perpos flower.

1 1/4 cups cake flower.

1 1/4 teaspoon of baking power

1 teaspoon kosure salt.

mix dry stuff well and then sift into the wet 1/3 at a time while mixing. Mix until fully intergrated.

Let chill in fridge until cold and hard

Bake for 11-13 minutes in a 350-370 degree oven.

try not to eat all the cookie dough.

I want a cookie.

You do it the hard way I have some of those Pillsbury Reeses pieces cookies....the ready to bake kind. I swear I've become obsessed with them. I'm gonna bake them in a few minutes after I take my shower.
