Sounds like maybe they're too strong.

I wear contacts now, but I notice my sunglasses can make my head hurt if they don't fit right. Maybe I give myself a headache by tensing up my scalp to keep them up on my face.

Sometimes if my sinuses are bothering me (with a headache), my glasses pressing on my nose can make it worse....

I wear contacts 90% of the time.

Not today...I burned my eyeball yesterday by using the cleansing solution instead of saline....now I am in glasses for the rest of the week.... sad

Go to the opthalmologist and get your prescription checked out..... thumbs up!

lol If only! Ill probably need them when Im older, both my parents wear them. Sometimes I have trouble reading things now, but I hate the fact that if you get them they get progressively worse and you just keep needing new ones. Im gonna put off having them for as long as possible so I can actually see for as long as possible hmph!
