Don't talk to me about cockroaches. I was taking a shower the other day and it started raining really hard. There are huge holes in the roof in our bathroom and a broken drainpipe in the corner that just shoots the water into the bathroom when it rains. I was hurriedly trying to shower and about 3 or 4 massive cockroaches were washed in with the rain water, went right under me between my legs and then clung on to the walls and started scurrying around. I don't really mind cockroaches so long as they're not in my bedroom, but when I'm showering? That's too much. I'd never kill them because I'd never stay near them for long enough. I did, however, have to kill a few red ants today out on the balcony. They finally crossed the line and started walking down from the walls on to the actual balcony and around the door. I spray a few and laid a few warning lines down with that fine spray thing the cans come with. Fired a few warning shots in the air too so that ants far and wide might get the message that they should stay around the their nest (is that what it's called?)in the tree next door. That should learn 'em. Anyway, that concludes my lengthy but hardly interesting post about cockroaches, and later, ants.
