heartburn how do you guys get rid of heartburn?

If you are not allergic - milk or ice cream helps  Works for me, great neutralizer

DONT lie on your right hand side, that makes it worse. Lie on your left hand side thats all I know. Apart from taking lots of alkali chalky pills!
I get it all the time. I keep a stash of my mothers stomach ulcer medication to hand! Basically just ultra strength gaviscon etc... | |
