Photography is one of very few things I am truly happy while doing, and that I love so much I get lost in.

Nicer than having to worry about devloping rolls of film, and thus having to conserve shots, is digital photography. The limit to the pictures that can be taken is only dependent upon your memory. With digital you can truly go snap happy.

I use to use a SLR film camera. Then when I switched to digital, I did feel I lost control of the image. However then I went out and got a very quality digital SLR and quicky found narvarna.

Well I strongly sudgest you look for a Canon Digital Rebel. I went for around the 6 megga pixel model, because it is like new, but without being new or having to deal with the new model price. You can find a good deal on one from ebay. Especially around now while ebay sales are down.

you will want to find one used, because that way it will come with more then just the basic camera.

Depends upon what it is you are looking for. Canon Digital rebel is also known as D# AND such other terms. If you wish me to help I can start looking for you on a regular basis.

I haven't got my money together yet, but when I do, I will be doing my research and I will let you know to start looking! I really appreciate your offer! I have yet to convince my husband there is a difference between the digital camera he has and a DSLR he's like "why don't you start taking pictures with this one and see how you go?" and I don't even know where to start! (I've always used a film SLR, so I know what I want!)

I like photography not any good at it though.
