My good news is that yesterday one of my best buddies got married and the day totally ruled! He had chosen me to be the master of ceremony to coordinate the whole day, together with three others. Those who know me, know that this the perfect job for me, being the attention-whore that I am. It was a beautiful day and it was such a joy to see him and his wife be so happy. After months of preparation we made sure that all was accounted for. There were about 150 guests (it was not such a low-profile-wedding, ) and we had the day filled with events for the newly-weds to enjoy.
I must say, and I'm not going to be modest about it, that I totally rocked as master of ceremony, addressing everybody and announcing all events. I also looked fucking cool, all dressed up and wearing my big-ass black Prada-shades.

It was a trip.....woke up this morning in the hotel, next to the Bride's best maid.... .....I know, I'm a slut!

i posted here earlier telling everyone my good news: i applied 4 an editor position and had the choice of poetry editor or acquisitions editor. I replied and said I loved both and would get back 2 him.

Update: he replied and said that the poetry editor will stay on a bit longer and will pick the person to fill him position when he leaves. So im ACUISITIONS EDITOR for LA based AndWerve MAG!

I had long hair that stopped in the middle of my back...but last week I took a trip to a different stylist and he cut it really short, kind of similar to Nia Long's hair cut in "The Best Man" and dyed a dark brownish red color.

AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!

I looked different, but I really feel like I look my age. and most importantly i look more sexier than i did before, guys heads have been turning everywhere I go now.

I love how i did all of this during the beginning of summer time, no more weight on my shoulders....its funny, its like once i cut my hair off, i'm starting to really put the stress that I was dealing with the beginning of the year to rest for good.

I truly feel like my life is just beginning!!!! And its a great feeling!!!!
