There's a tinge of chauvinism in this, but I've always found a femme fatale -- or otherwise butt-kicking, yet still girly, woman -- amazingly sexy.
I've never quite felt comfortable with downright butch, rugged, or mean and catty women, but a woman who can put others, especially males, to shame when/if she has to, yet retain a conventional feminine grace, has always just melted me.
