Windows Media video files

Is it possible to save these? There's a video on a Website I'd like to have.

I think there's a website called keepitvid or something like that. You can put in links and it saves the files. shrug

Like if the file is on a website, you can put its link at the keepit website and it will save it. Hopefully. wink

Hadn't tried it before but i just tried with a vid from ;

http://youtube.com/

right click , copy and paste video url in keepvid bar

select 'youtube'and press 'download'

then right click and download (under step 1)

then dl this cool VLC player (since the file won't play in WMP , with me anyways)

http://www.videolan.org/

and open the file with that

worked for me smile cool

Might be , you can already dl the file you want simply by right clicking too confused

You can save a windows media file using any downloader (I use flashget). Right click on your vid while it is playing and select "properties". Copy the address of the vid into your preferred downloader and hey presto!
