I am looking for an easy way to get a suboena for evidence that my ex employer is holding!! What will be an easy way to do it other than having an attorney get it for you!!I need this evidence and stuff to make my case a slam dunk against two individuals who should be ashamed of themselves. I now work for the company (AT&T) who is buying the company (QWEST) sometime next year i used to work for. Anyone knows an easy way to get a subpoena other than that getting a lawyer which i hope i don't have to do but will if i have too.!! I think it is time for me to do a JEan Grey from XMEN 3 on these 2 individuals now than later before i lose interest in doing it,

Some people represent themselves but then that could get you in hot water when you don't know the law which you could end up screwing your own case. Go see a lawyer

maybe getting a third neutral party to deliver it and is available to testify in that he delievered the supoena personally? Question: will you have representation the day of the trial when he does go to court?
