The tactile pleasure of eating salted edamame is hard to beat. Artichoke, too. I like food that requires a little work and messy hands.

But broccoli. . . oh, dear, sweet, beautiful broccoli. . .

And it's hard to imagine anything on Earth being better than well-prepared spinach. . . Swimming Rama (spinach with peanut sauce)? Saag (spiced Indian spinach, usually with potatoes or mixed veggies)? Omigawd.

Oh, I know, though. Garlic. Roasted garlic. There is nothing that I like better.

I only like lettuce..thats it.
