i used to have the same problem with some meds i took a few years back

it took ages and ages to cum. people's arms were dropping off left and

The thing to do is talk to your doctor.
Maybe you'll be ok with a lower dose.

i had that problem when i went on the Atkins diet. It totally fucked my chemistry and it took me forever to cum. I didn't realize what the problem was until I read on the atkins forums that other guys had the same issue. I went off Atkins, and it returned to normal.

Definitely get new meds. Paxil has a bunch of side effects -- sexual interruption, sleepiness, sweats, nausea, no appetite, sometimes (though rarely) even psychotic thinking and suicidal ideations. And definitely lay off the alcohol while you're on paxil!!

...But no drug is without side effects, so definitely discuss any new antidepressants with your doc if/when he prescribes one.

I took Celexa for awhile and had the same problem. Plus I had soreness in my extremities, restlessness, and my wife said I was a total grouch.

...maybe try a sex therapist? or a 4 day weekend at the Hedonism Resort ??

Have you every thought to ask yourself, "do I even deserve to cum?"

Yes, Paxil is a real b*tch in this department. You might want to talk to your doctor about Wellbutrin. It's one of the few anti-depressants that doesn't usually negatively affect sexual performance (and sometimes can improve it).
