The Bird Are Singing...Who Else Loves It? I'm from the midwest and I'm in my house right now, however, I can hear these birds singing and it is so beautiful. I never appreciated it last summer. In fact, I would try to block them out by playing CDs full blast. (Usually it would work.) However, I really appreciate them this summer. Is that a sign of age? or just me being lame-o and mellow? haha
Either way I love the birds singing outside and I think it is beautiful and peaceful. Ahhhhh so glad summer is almost here. Anyone else feel what I'm trying to say?

the birds in my garden are so loud, you can hear nothing BUT
its the mating season and whoever can chirp the loudest will get laid.. its kinda cute so to say but after a while, if you are on the phone outdoors or trying to concentrate it can be a bitch if sexy was a colour it would be red

i love hearing birds, especially in the morning. my courtyard and my street are full of birds, and hearing them all babble at each other is one of the few pleasant things about going to work in the morning.

Oh fuck no. I had the loudest motherfucker here waking me up ever since March at around 3AM and it continued its alarm-clock-resembling mating calls for some solid ten hours. I had to sleep with ear-plugs all the goddamn time.

our back yard is a wooded lot with loads of different birds, and they're all bringing their babies by now
i love watching this little baby sparrow, who is such a moocher - he begs food from ANY bird, and i've seen a male cardinal feed him. how cute is THAT?! the hummingbirds are back, too. i love it when they chase each other around the back yard. yes, i'm a bleeding heart sucker...
