Just for the record, the last time notoriousj was having computer problems (Wi-Fi network wasn't working in her new home), I caught a red-eye out of Seattle that night, flew 2,000+ miles to Indianapolis, and showed up at her door the next day to fix it in person.
I guess I won't be doing that again. 
(Okay, the trip had been already planned months in advance, as I had a conference to attend there. The timing was a pure coincidence. And anyway, Jess now lives here.
