Last week, I answered the door to two of my French housemate's friends but - as it was about 9pm - it was a bit dark and I couldn't see them properly. (One of them is gorgeous - I've met him before; the other one, I couldn't make out).

Anyway, last night, my housemate told me that his mate was popping over the house so there I was, watching Big Brother, when - all of a sudden - this beautiful vision of loveliness walks into my lounge. The guy I answered the door to last week. Jesus H Christ! You should have seen him! He sits himself down next to me and I'm lovin' it.

Anyway, about an hour later, I went into the kitchen and it suddenly occured to me:

he looks EXACTLY like Jake Gyllenhaal.

Seriously. Not just similar to him but exactly like him. Or, at least, he could be Jake's brother or something. I was so damn tempted to go back in that room with my checked shirt, stetson and hint at a bit of Brokeback action. Alas, I went to bed instead.

But, holy moley, that was an unexpected treat.


What celebrity do you hope to find sitting on your sofa tonight?

I texted about 5 people about this last night - all women; all jealous - and I suddenly realised I must sound like Matt Lucas' character in Little Britain. The blonde-haired woman at the identity parade:

"Ooooh, he's gooooorgeous. Gooooorgeous. Wouldn't mind a bit of that Brokeback, etc., etc..".

either jake gyllenhaal or david duchovney. even tom cruise will do,
if he remains seated for a change.

But IMAGINE how I felt sitting next to him last night. I'm pretty sure he realised I fancied him. Especially since I couldn't look him in the eye for more than a few seconds.
