They have some shoes perfectly suited for larger feet such as mine that don't have such pronounced arches.

Great for the lumbering, oafish runner...

Of course, I don't walk barefoot around shopping centres, but around here there's nothing wrong with walking down the street early in the morning in your pyjama trousers and no shoes to buy some khao pad moo.
