i an't wait til friday--the previews look great! i like bryan singer's vision, but thank God there seems to be a lot more action going on! it looks better than the previews for superman returns (the film bryan singer left x3 for)

Saw X2 for the first time last night actually and I really want to go see X3 in the movies.

I'll most likey have to work all this weekend, but I plan on seeing it my next night off

the early reviews look mixed, with the words "average" and"disappointing" popping up quite a bit. i don't need all of my superhero movies to be dramas with a little action, i want some action with a little drama. don't need superman II, just don't want superman 3 or 4.

Don't get me wrong, I love Logan. I just didn't want to see that as a main plot line, you know? If they really wanted him to fall in love, it should have been with Mariko Yashida, but that's too much to fit into a couple hours. I'm selfish, I want three hours of xmen fighting.

Funny - for a decade or more when I grew up, I thought the perfect person to play Wolverine would be Quint from Jaws... of course he was too old for Wolverine even in 1977, but whatevs...

I'm really hoping the Wolverine solo movie takes him to Japan, introduces Mariko, etc... an intriguing (although almost-certainly completely terrible) idea would be to also bring in Jennifer Garner as Elektra (anyone know if that was even made by the same film company?). Or Kitty Pryde, of course.
