I have put limits on this situation, however, and I am working to bring some control into it.

I'm being serious here. You should look into a new tourist industry in Thailand known as "cosmetic tourism".
This is where you are flown to Thailand, stay in a five star hotel attached to a hospital, and undergo cosmetic surgery by a U.S.A board certified doctor for a fraction (1/4th to 1/8th) the price of surgery in the USA.

It's still expensive but 4 or 5 grand compared to 20-30 grand in the U.S.A. is a bargain.

The only time I see the guy outdoors is on his way to and from his car.
I think she does it for exercise and to get some sun.

From all this, I have concluded that my life is not a mess. I don't know why I came to that conclusion, but I just did.

2 ) When is the last time you've had a serious cold? - I dont' remember the last serious cold. I had a serious flu a month or so ago.
3 ) Are you happy with your physical image? Your body? - No. And I don't think I ever will be. I've struggled with body image my entire life. What I see in the mirror is not actually what my body looks like. And that's gone both ways, from believing I was fat and hideous when I wasn't, to being in denial of how overweight I've been. I don't think I'll ever be at peace with it. But I'm learning to be better about it.
4 ) Is your job satisfying? Why or why not? - Currently, yes. My new job is amazingly satisfying in comparison to the job I left 3 weeks ago. I am able to accomplish things, I am respected, I am an expert at what I do. After only 3 weeks in the job, my boss is already trying to change my position title and get me a raise as they didn't realize how valuable I'd be. I'm doing way above the position I was hired to do and they love it.
