HELP! CURE FOR A NECK CRICK!!!

OK - I have a crick in my neck - caused by stress AND sleeping wrong on my pillows I suppose. ANyway - used an hand-held massager, some of that hot ice oinment and let a hot shower run on my neck... it still hurts sad

Any suggestions or home remedies out there?
