I'm cleaning up my hard drive, and I came upon this wish list that I wrote up. . . I was thinking about all of the things I want in a partner.

I bet I'm not the only one who has done this.

Anyway, thought I'd share:

You know what's funny? And this is not a judgement on anyone, but the initial post was so beautiful b/c it describes the essence of a person - the nougat that makes them sweet & special. There isn't one physical characteristic in it, which is why I think it's so cool.

Most of the others are chock full of "outer"... it's interesting

Life can be bloody difficult, no doubt about it... but I know I am blessed because someone like the person HereToRockYourWorld described in her wish list adores me as much as I love them and I don't have to close my eyes and wish him into my life, he is already there, every beautiful part of him.

i mean i can give a list and all, and most of everybody else's lists were good, but c'mon, i'm not gonna realistically find a guy who meets all my needs on my wish list...i'm lucky if i could find one with half of the qualities that I want in a guy, and thats very hard to find. i'd rather make a list of inequalties that i could deal with in a guy since every guy i seem to meet has some....

I've never made a list, but then again I was in a relationship for, like, 11 years. I would say I have to be attracted to her, sense of humor is way high on the list, unselfish and loyal. The rest would prob. just fall in line.

Oh yeah, fairly intelligent doesn't hurt either.
