Softshell crab season traditionally begins on the first full moon in May, this year that was May 13th.

I would have told all y'all earlier, but I wanted to get a headstart, besides those blue crabs had to molt!

well, I'm 22...and I still hate tomatoes If I order a burger w/out tomatoes and they still put them on anyway, I cringe knowing that there are tomatoe seeds and juice still on my burger. What the hell was I thinking back then. It was just something about plain cream cheese that I couldn't stand when I was a child. I think that made me stay away from anything involving cream cheese. Now....I could eat cheesecake or any other dessert with cream cheese everyday. I even like strawberry cream cheese on my bagels now. It has to be whipped cream cheese though.
