Pissed off at the television networks (Fall schedule) Okay, I don't know how many of you are boob tube junkies around here but ABC, NBC, and CBS have created what can only be called a "perfect storm" of television scheduling for next Fall. On Thursdays at 9:00 there will be one of my current faves, CSI, up against my wife's absolut fave, a re-located "Grey's Anatomy". Okay so we watch one and tape the other right? That would be fine except NBC also has to schedule the new Aaron Sorkin joint "Studio 60 at the Sunset Strip" at the same damn time. That one has got my two favorite TV wiseasses, Bradley Whitford and Matthew Perry, on the same show. Our digital recorder will not allow us to tape two things and watch one so unless we tape one of these on our ancient VCR or buy a new TV we're going to miss one.

The new JJ Abrams show Six Degrees will be up against ER also at 10pm, but that's only two shows, and my DVR can handle that. | |

ABC execs are morons....their hit shows are not stand alone hit shows just yet..note Desperate's plummeting ratings....the same will happend with Grey next year up against the more established CSI.
For all of ABC's hot shows (Desperate, Grey & Lost) they are still in fourth place.... Space for sale... | |

Why are networks so greedy? ABC owns Sunday, CBS owns Thursday...keep it that way!

Why the FUCK are they FUCKING w/ Grey's Anatomy??? I just don't get it. Do they want shows to fail? Why put it on such a jam packed night? The only competition on Sunday is The Sopranos - why the fuck are they moving it to Thursday??? DAMMIT!!! Now I GOTTA get that dual tuner Tivo   I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!!
