Does it bother you when other people use your fingernail/toenail clippers, or is it no big deal?

Personally, if someone close to me like a boyfriend or a close long-time friend wants to borrow 'em, that's...okay. But a stranger or a co-worker or something like that? GROSSNESS.

Someone at my job was just coming around to everyone's desk soliciting for fingernail clippers. I thought that was nasty. I also thought it was weird that he'd think I had clippers on me at work.

Anyway. Am I too prissy? Isn't it almost as bad as someone asking to borrow your toothbrush? Ew.

I'm the same - I wouldn't want to be in their presence either whilst they were doing it, let alone lend them the clippers. I'd lend them to my mates but, even then, I'd make sure they got a good scrub. Certainly not to some colleague who probably didn't wash their hands after taking a piss in the bathroom.

being in the medical field, I would never do it, nor would I let a manicurist use someone elses clippers on me.
