One way would be to open the music file, may be this will only work for wav files, in Microsofts Recorder Program. That program alows for you to cut off a front or ending part of the sound file.

There are several ways to do this. I just don't know how well adjusted you are to computer stuff.

If you are talking about burning a CD with the Windows Media Player, there is a box you need to check under recording options that places a space between songs.
