In summer (or the last few nights at least ) - nothing, or vest and pants at most...

In winter, as much as is needed! This past winter I was sleeping in proper shirt and trousers pyjamas, a t-shirt underneath, wool socks, and sometimes a shawl too. And the electric blanket on full. Yes, it is that cold here. I need a boyfriend if only to keep me warm

Nekkid unless it's really cold, in which case I'd usually wear either satin pjs or a tank top and scrub bottoms (scrubs are super comfy ).

It's not often really cold where I live.

And for most of the month, underwear is totally optional.
