A good night's sleep is so underrated For you guys that really know me, you know I haven't been sleeping well. Well finally, my respiratory therapist came out to the house and fixed my breathing mask for my CPAP machine and last night was the best sleep I've ever gotten. I am so happy.

I'm SO glad to hear that. I bet you'll find that there are a lot of positive changes that come from being well-rested.

I got dianosed with severe sleep apnea a few weeks ago and have to sleep with a machine that keeps my airways open so I don't stop breathing at night. I went in for testing Easter Sunday and was told I stopped breathing for more than 10 seconds 16 times in a four hour period. Being on a machine truly sucks ass but the sleep I got last night was so worth it. Plus they gave me really neat carrying case for it and my respitory therapist is freakin' hot.  | |

I would love for someone to test my sleeping patterns.. I am always having nasty horrible dreams, or really fucked up ones, and I always wake real early morning and cannot get back to sleep, plus I snore..  if sexy was a colour it would be red  | |

if you're just now getting a good night's sleep after ten years of crappy sleep, you're going to be superwoman over the next few weeks!
i agree - you've GOT to have a decent amount of sleep if you want to feel right and think right. i don't know how you went that long without totally breaking down. | |
