if it gets really high and horrible, get some sorbet or popsicles...maybe that's common advice, i don't know - but when i had my high fevers recently, eating something frozen and kind of fruity really helped me feel better, at least temporarily. hang in there!  OMG...sorbet and popsicles sound SOOOOO good...but, I can't get to the store
