i just made a curry for dinner. it was good. real good.

there. i brought the excitement.

I'm experimenting in the kitchen.

I decided I deserved something like a dessert today, but I decided I couldn't leave the house to get anything. So I sliced up an apple and a half and put it in a custard cup. I mixed cinnamon and sugar and a bit of butter (actually Smart Balance ) and a few crushed up saltines and sprinkled them on top and put it in the oven.

I really hope it comes out like an apple crisp.

And it was good!! Not super duper wanna make it every day good, but it totally satisfied my craving for the night. I'd make it again if I needed dessert and that's all I had on hand.
