I'd have to fight you for lemongrass.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Garlic.

Garlic makes almost anything taste great, in my opinion.

Hells yes.

One of my favorite people will sometimes fry toast in a skillet and the rub raw garlic on it. It's really the best thing ever.

I love garlic so much that I would almost eat it straight. In fact, if it's roasted, I actually do.

Speaking of lemongrass, my mum is experiencing a shocking muscular ache in her shoulderz- there is actually a lump so she needz to go to a massage therapist asap. However in the meantime, because her heatpack does her no good, i made her a hot compress of 100% pure essential oils of Lemongrass, Rosemary and Eucalyptus- two dropz of each to a bowl or container of about 60-70% hot water, the rest is cold. Agitate the water a bit, then dip a face towel in and soak, squeeze excess water, and then put it on the spot. She actually ahhhed with relief! You can do the same with a massage oil too. Like Sweet Almond oil... 2:1 ratio, so two dropz of essential oil for every ml of base oil thumbs up!

Back to topic- it'z so hard for me to chose a herb or plant i'd marry...they're all so unique and beautiful for their own reasonz!! If i had to choose...i'd chose Rose- it is precious in any form- is good for the skin, as a tea, in a massage rub, as an essence put in dessertz (alot of Indian dessertz require rose essence drooling). It smellz beautiful too. So yes, Rose all da way!!! dancing jig rose

I will kill cilantro before you can marry it. Your marriage is an abomination and can never be. Cilantro ruins every quesadilla!
