I started to buy the weird spices for new dishes I wanted to try but after the Saffron fiasco of 2000, I stopped! I fucked up thirty bucks worth of Saffron on this Indian dish. I will stick with shit I know like Mexican, Creole, Italian, Southern, some Chinese dishes and European types of stuff.

I have yet to have a request for Indian dishes when I cater!
