So I tend to like the subtler basil better. my favorite thing to do with tofu is to buy the extra-firm kind and sautee it in wok oil or sesame oil, and grind a bunch of black pepper over the tofu as it heats up, because the pepper gets embedded in the tofu and tastes AMAZING with the flavored oil and the pepper inside. i also learned recently that i can use regular oil and add a little bit of curry powder, and it's just as yummy if not yummier. | |
